I feel elated to note the invention of UV360 degree sanitization robot known as TARA during this pandemic situation, jointly by Prof R G Sonkawade, Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Former senior scientist, Inter-University Accelerator Centre (erstwhile Nuclear Science Centre, New Delhi) and M/S Eutronix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Nagpur. I must appreciate the joint efforts of the academician and the technocrats along with their entire team.

I am happy to learn that the team had considered various aspects of the coronavirus and optimized the UVC 360 degree sanitization robot to neutralize the coronavirus after considering the various scientific reports published by many countries using similar kind of techniques for sanitization of the public transport, covid19 wards, railway coaches, railway stations, airbus, airports, restaurants, hotels, malls, public gathering places, etc. The TARA seems to have been imbibed in its better attributes and performance efficiency. What a success the collaborative approach between industry and academia has made and developed the TARA!

The TARA uses Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Mobile App, besides have integration of the various techniques and sensors and can respond to scientific questions and answers too. The high-quality simulations provided by ANSYS and CADFEM, also enrich the quality of the UVC 360 degree sanitization robot. This is the outcome of the sincere, strenuous, and deep involvement and the joint efforts of the M/S Eutronix Technologies Pvt., Ltd., Nagpur, and Prof Sonkawade and his teammates.

I wish TARA great success in its future endeavors and mission. I also expect and foresee more joint collaborative researches in the future also. My special appreciations are for M/S Eutronix Technologies Pvt Ltd, Nagpur for such kind of efforts and delivering a well scientific robot.
